Ssangyong Motor's sales plunge 32.4 pct in June

Beijing, 020708. Ssangyong Motor Co., the South Korean unit of China's Shanghai Automotive Industry Corp., said Tuesday that its vehicle sales sank 32.4 percent in June from a year earlier to 7,392 units.

During the last month, domestic sales plunged 67.5 percent to 1,902 units, while exports gained 8 percent to 5,490 units, Ssangyong Motor said in a statement.
