Beijing, 200808. China's Feiya Qiche takes a Go-Kart to the market that looks exactly like an Ariel Atom.
They are not ashamed of it, the sideskirt shows www.atomstylekart.com, the site doesn't work but it is a nice idea.
The Atom Go Kart is available with a 0.8 liter 3-cilinder or a 0.65 liter 2 cilinder. The 3 has 29.5kw and 44nm, the 2 has 13.54 kw and 44nm again. Topspeed 120 en 70 km/u, 4 speed manual and a reverse.
This is the off-road version. It has silver sideskirts, a bullbar and a stronger front. It can take a 30 degree slope and weighs only 420 kilo when empty so it must be able to climb that hill.
The Atom Go Kart costs between 900 and 1200 dollar depending on specs, if you buy directly from the factory you need to take at least 20.
The dash is simple to save weight, the carpet is available in different colors. The handbrake doesn't look very strong but it has gps and a radio, a cd-changer is optional.
The huge watercooler sits proud in the middle of the back...
