China Toy Car: FAW-Hongqi CA7600L

A very nice model of the now famous Hongqi CA7600L. Scale is 1:43, diecast, and I bought is for only 35rmb in a toy store near my home. For such a small sum the car is very wel detailled and everything fits together fine. A minor drawback are the flagpoles, mirrors and microphones. Cheap toys like this don’t come in boxes so parts that are vunarable are usually made of flexible rubber. Fine for sure but I couldn’t get the flagpoles to rise up again.

China Toy Car: Beijing 212 T75

Today we have a very nicely done 1:43 model of the Beijing 212. This military version is called T75 -105. ‘T75′ is an army number, ‘105′ stands for the size of the gun, 105mm is it. The model did me 35 rmb in a local supermarket in my street. The white star is not Chinese, I guess the toymaker looked at America for that one.

China Toy Car: Beijing Taxi

A very nice 1:43 model of a Beijing Beijing-Hyundai taxi, found it for 3 US dollar in the supermarkt in my street. The colors are fine, wheels as the real thing and scale well done. But the panel gaps are a bit on the wide side and Beijing Taxi’s don’t have blackened windows. Nevertheless, considering the price a nice addition to my collection.
