Dongfeng-Nissan March Listed and Priced

The new March, Machi in Chinese, is made in China by Nissan’s joint venture with Dongfeng Auto. The March has been listed on August 30 and costs between 70.000 and 100.000 yuan. Engine: 1.5 with 107hp and 138nm, a 1.2 supercharged will follow later.

New Factory for Dongfeng-Nissan

Today men lay the first stone for a new factory for Dongfeng Nissan. The factory will be in business in 2012 with a capacity of 240.000 cars a year. Total investment is 500 million dollar, to be paid bu both partners in the joint venture.

Dongfeng-Nissan Livina Facelift

Dongfeng-Nissan couldn’t wait for the Beijing Auto Show because with all that news nobody would care about the Livina. So they had their little ceremony yesterday to reveil the facelifted machine. The Livina is a kind of cross vehicle, crossed between an mpv a wagon and a hatchback, but strangely Nissan decided for a crossover-version that even more strangely became a great succes.
